PRIVACY STATEMENT

We do not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship product to you, and to complete credit card transactions. Additionally, confidential information like your credit card, is deleted from our systems once your transaction with us is complete. Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency. We occasionally do send out email campaigns to our customers in order to notify you of special sales and promotions that we are running

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.

RETURNS

We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Your item(s) must be unused, in good condition, and be in the original packaging. There may be restocking fees for special orders. Customer is responsible for return freight. Freight is not refundable. Restocking fees may apply on special orders

SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 states in the US. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges are actual UPS rates based upon ship to location and package weight/dimensions. When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. All orders are shipped ex-works. Northeast Tool is not responsible for shipping damage. All shipping claims need to be made with the carrier.

WARRANTY

All warranty claims need to be returned to the manufacturer. Please see the Factory Service Center List for locations of the appropriate Factory Service Center nearest you. Always include a copy of your sales receipt, brief problem description and a return address when sending in warranty repairs.
